The role of the Marketing Officer is responsible in overseeing the Marketing Plan of AFPI including the marketing activities and campaigns. He/She ensures that the initiatives and messaging are aligned with the brand communication. He/She leads some key, identified projects assigned by the Head of Marketing & Loyalty. This role is responsible in monitoring the KPI achievement of the Department and ensure that the employees in the department adhere to company standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Manages and Develops Marketing Campaigns as aligned with the Marketing Head that will support the accomplishment of financial targets
- Leads the creation and effective execution of marketing plans for beep app/super app and beep rewards. Identifies opportunities that will be relevant to the end-users and to the brand.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with key partners, and executes joint marketing efforts to ensure growth and business expansion.
- Develops campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and customer preference over competitors in the market.
- Conducts regular collateral audit in making sure that all marketing materials are updated and deployed within the acceptable timetable.
- Leads the planning and on time roll-out of assigned projects and events
- Develops and implements effective lead generation campaigns that meets the required KPI.
- Plans and Rolls-out projects and events as assigned by the Marketing Head.
- Helps in the execution of market survey and timely submission of its summary and analysis
- Develops promo plans, content, and artwork development
- Conducts Research on competition and formulates appropriate marketing strategies to maintain market leadership.
- Works with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant on the NPS (Net Promoter Score), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score) and CES (Customer Effort Score)- Customer Satisfaction Metrics to track year on year and provide monthly, mid-year and annual report to the Business Leadership Team

Education and Work Background
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or related field

- Thorough knowledge of social media and web analytics.
- Has digital marketing experience
- Familiar on research techniques and execution
