2013
- The Department of Transportation and Communication (DOTC) released the PPP bid to automate the fare collection system of LRT1, LRT2 and MRT3

2014
- Formation of the AF Consortium to bid for the PPP Project, which brought together companies with a strong track record and experience from the Ayala and First Pacific Groups
- On January 30, 2014, AF Consortium was awarded the contract to replace the magnetic-based ticketing with a contactless Automated Fare Collection System (AFCS) for the light rail network in Metro Manila (LRT Lines 1 & 2 and MRT 3). Official work commenced on March 31, 2014.

2015
- In July 2015, beep card was officially launched to the public.
- The beep™ card was officially launched on LRT 2 in August 2015.
- The beep™ card was officially launched on LRT 1 in September 2015.
- The beep™ card was officially launched on MRT 3 in October 2015.
- The DOTC provided Full System Acceptance of the AFCS System on December 16, with over 2.2 million beep™ cards sold by the end of the year.

2016
- The beep™ service was extended to various segments including buses, convenience store, toll ways and later fast-food chains.
- In April, reloading became available at Bayad Centers
- In May, the beep card was launched at HM Transport and SM Business Centers
- In June, the number of beep cards in circulation reached 4 million.In July, the beep card was launched onBGC bus with BPI-Amore Cards
- In August, beep payments were launched in on Cavitex for toll fee payments
- In September, the beep card was launched on RRCG buses
- In October, co-branded Milo Nutri Up Cards was launched
- In December, a partnership was launched with Family Mart for loading and beep acceptance

2017
- beep™ introduced its its first franchised Co-Branded Cards, including Justice League, Hello-Kitty, and Pepsi Cola.

2019
- Uncle John (previously Ministop) became a strategic partner, opening more than 400 branches for beep™ card loading and acceptance
- beep™ launched its first Modern PUV Transport Partner, Taguig Transport Cooperative and intensified its efforts to support the PUV Modernization Program roll-out of the govt.
- The company launched its AFCS in Topline Marina, Cebu
- It also started AFCS on the RRCG EDSA route, introduced Bantay Bata Beep Bigay and Intramuros co-branded Cards along with beep acceptance in the school
- beep™ expanded its ecosystem by opening online loading channels, including a partnership with JustToPay and aunched the popularHello Kitty Limited Edition co-branded Cards
- It launched its first Cashless Parking Parking Implementation at Procter & Gamble’s Office in BGC
- It expanded into new fare media with AFPI’s First QR Ticketing
- For the LRT 2 East (Masinag) Extension Project,beep was sub-contracted to supply and install the AFCS infrastructure involving two (2) additional stations (Marikina and Antipolo) in the LRT 2 line to serve 80,000 daily passengers.

2020
- beep™ won the contract to Implement AFCS on the EDSA Busway consisting of more than 450 buses operated by more than 40 different bus operators
- beep™ launched beep™ Rewards enabling passengers to earn points with every tap of their beep™ card.
- beep™ introduced AFCS at the Cebu South Bus Terminal, serving more than 20 bus operators in Cebu.
- It partnered with Paymaya and BPI for beep QR tickets.
- The beep™ Card Expiry Date Extension Program was launched to giving the opportunity to extend beep card validity for another year.
- To expand its offering to transport operators, it partnered with PLDT Enterprise to offer Fleet Management System (FMS) to transport operators.

2021
- LRT-1 Merchants started accepting beep™ card as payment for the purchase of food items.
- beep™ won the bid for the LRT 1 Cavite extension project.
- beep™ secured the Proof of Concept (POC) Testing of QR Ticketing in LRT 1
- beep™ sub-contracted the rehabilitation and improvement efforts of AFCS equipment and cable management at the 13 stations.
- Launched the beep™ QR generated from the beep mobile app.
2022
- beep™ launched beep™ loading via NFC-enabled mobile phones for passenger convenience
- beep™ launched AFCS on the longest bus route from Manila to Davao, operated by Davao Metro Shuttle (DMS).
- beep™ remained the dominant AFCS with over h 8.5 Million beep cards issued
- beep™ won the LRT 2 East Maintenance Services (6 month contract)
- beep™ secured Proof of Concept (POC) Testing of QR Ticketing in LRT 2 (Jun) and MRT 3 (Nov).
- It launched the Malayan Insurance Promo for New beep™ app users, offering free one month of insurance to all beep card holders who registered in the beep app.
- It launched Online Sales for beep cards through Facebook Marketplace, Lazada and Shopee e-commerce platforms.

2023
- beep™continued co-marketing partnerships with Grab, KFC and SM Store offering special promos to beep card holders and beep app users.
- beep™ officially launched the special design custom cardsto appeal to the young generation.
- beep™ continued to expand its loading channels through partnerships with Gcash, Cebuana Lhuillier, HomeCredit and Palawan Pay.
- Lawson was launched as a new beep acceptance partner.
- To promote the use of beep-enabled ID cards, it held caravans in various schools, includingAteneo, UP Diliman, Centro Escolar University, STI Global City, Mapua University, UP Manila College of Medicine and Sta. Isabel College, among others
- beep™ the bid for LRT2 East Extension Maintenance Contract.
- beep™ issued beep-enabled school and employee IDs for St. Paul University and Notre Dame of Greater Manila
- beep™ supported the Department of Tourism through its HOHO (hop-on hop-ff) transit pass system.
- beep™ activated the 2 biggest Bacolod Transport Operators: MBMJ and RSJ Lines.
- beep™ launched and activated its first Transport Operator in Batangas City: Magnificat TSC.
- It officially launched QR ticketing in LRT1.
- beep™ completed the LRT1 Cavite Extension Project (L1CEP).
