This position provides operational HR support across recruitment, employee records management, and general HR administration. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently and in alignment with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Compensation & Payroll Support – Assist in payroll administration, timekeeping coordination, payroll reporting, and compensation-related processes.
- Government Compliance & Statutory Reporting – Ensure compliance with DOLE, BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
- HRIS & Records Management – Maintain employee records, HR systems, and personnel files with data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration – Support enrollment, monitoring, and administration of employee benefits and wellness programs.
- Recruitment & Staffing – Support end-to-end recruitment activities, manpower movements, and onboarding coordination.
- Onboarding & Offboarding – Facilitate employee onboarding and separation processes in line with company and government timelines.
- Employee Relations & Case Management – Assist in employee discipline, labor cases, and employee relations matters.
- Learning & Development Support – Assist in training, capability development, and learning initiatives.
- Rewards, Recognition & Engagement – Support employee engagement programs, rewards, and company events.
- HR Reporting & Analytics – Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and trackers to support decision-making.
- Facilities & Administrative Coordination – Oversee HR-related facilities, admin services, and vendor coordination.
- Workplace Health, Safety & Wellbeing – Support health, safety, and security programs and compliance.
- Policy & Process Support – Assist in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

Education and Work Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Business Administration or any similar field;
- With minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience in Human Resources, whether as a
specialist or a generalist - Has at least one (1) year of relevant work experience in a fast-paced working environment
- With working knowledge in HR Admin and payroll (familiar with Sarabes-Oxely Act, BIR Ruling and other local standards);
- Has working knowledge in DOLE’s mandates
- Has working knowledge in labor cases
- With work exposure in the following:
- Assignment and completion of multiple projects simultaneously
- Inter-department and team collaborations, including heading committees
- Facilitation of certifications and workshops
- Facilitation of onboarding and offboarding, including cascading of new policies and house rules
- Effective communication across departments and position levels within the company
- Demonstrating initiative and going beyond the call of duty
- Ready to join immediately or at the earliest possible start date
