Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with strong leadership skills? We are looking for a Finance Supervisor – Settlement and Reconciliation (Project-Based) to oversee settlement validation, daily reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. This role ensures the accuracy of financial transactions, compliance with service agreements, and efficient coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Work Set Up: Hybrid
- Verify settlement transactions and balances to ensure proper classification and accuracy of reconciled reports.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.
- Escalate irregularities to Revenue Assurance with timely recommendations and proposed resolutions.
- Create, maintain, and update reconciliation procedures for assigned PTOs and merchants.
- Prepare and distribute reconciliation reports to relevant internal stakeholders for review.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to discuss settlement and reconciliation processes, issues, and improvements.

Education and Work Background
- Graduate of any Finance or Accountancy degree
- Master’s Degree / Business Management or Financial Certifications
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience on Settlement and Reconciliation, Bookkeeping, and/or Financial Reporting
