The Business Development Specialist supports business expansion efforts by engaging clients, building partnerships, and contributing to sales initiatives in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Build, maintain, and continuously grow a healthy pipeline of accounts to meet sales targets.
- Lead and support contract negotiations and coordinate the onboarding of new clients.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed Client SLAs.
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans and strategies to achieve assigned sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client engagement and project execution.
- Track, analyze, and report sales performance and pipeline status.

Education and Work Background

- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or related functions
- Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting sales initiatives
- Ready to join immediately or at the earliest possible start date
